      You will learn a lot! You will need to do things that are not directly related to your position, but the good part is that you are learning from different areas and gaining knowledge

      If you make the right Networking and say what it is "right" to say to some people, you will be promoted very soon and will have lots of opportunities. Sometimes Senior Management don´t reflex the Companies Values. Colgate is not the best payer...wants to be leader in FMCG buy wants to pay the average
