      Pros

      CP provides a steady paycheck if not innovative ideas, an inspiring workplace or energizing colleagues.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic and cheap. Salaries at lower end, two weeks vacation for new hires regardless of experience/level [but you can BUY vacation by cutting into your salary] The Colgate Way is do it cheaper, not more effectively. You'll feel this with technology, office space, and general vibe of "staff don't deserve nice things."

      HR is set on their goals and not on promoting and helping get the right people. It's all about who you know and what buttox you kiss. So make sure to check off a minority as who you relate to and/or marry someone at the company so that they can keep hand fitting your jobs.
