      Overall a good place to work but seems to be on the decline

      Pros

      The people are great, the pay is okay, if you can get a job assignment on a good project with a good boss it can be a really good place to work.

      Cons

      Not many good job assignments or good bosses, the company has focused on cost savings to the point were innovation is on the decline, sales growth has slowed and the company is trying to find it's way...with more cost savings.

      Pros

      It is a medium size company to work for but has a global focus which keeps work interesting and fresh. They have lots of opportunity for advancement and change can happen as fast or slow as you want it to be.

      Cons

      Not as big as other companies and most people only think Colgate-Palmolive makes toothpaste(which isn't true). Colgate has growth potential.
