      Pros

      Overall a good company to work for, company is very supportive to employees and benefits are great. Products are well positioned in the market and a very friendly working environment.

      Cons

      Although improving, still remains a slow paced and conservative company, which in turn makes difficult to innovate and to keep up with market changes. Work life balance is difficult to achieve due to work overload in spite of management efforts to improve in this area.

      work processes are very strong in this organization and people are well trained on these work processes. being a global company i guess this a big positive

      Cons

      people focus is low. Every thing is monitored like a hawk by the leadership team which keeps the environment very constrained. Even ticket bookings etc need approvals vs independent handling of issues
