      Nice school, good people, but not the place for the life-time job

      Pros

      There are established processes, it is a great school for the newcomers. Even on the entry-level positions, you are fully involved in the company processes, and you can clearly make a difference. Teams are young, but rotating really quickly.

      Cons

      Sometimes decisions are too conservative with some sense of bureaucracy. Hard to climb to the upper level of a career ladder.

      Pros

      Change of job; in other words, you don’t have the same job every day.

      Cons

      Full-time Colgate-Palmolive employees sit around and play on their phones as you bust your butt. The work is extremely fast paced; overall, it is a very, very horrible job. I do not recommend to anyone.
