Good products and ok benefits.

Major restructuring has made resources all but impossible to get. Little to no money is being put back into the business. Competition is investing money, adding more reps and making it nearly impossible to grow our business. Accounts are leaving because we have so many issues with billing. Multiple invoices, accounts unfairly being put on credit hold and our accounting not answering the phone when accounts try to pay etc.. Just a nightmare. Morale is at an all time low. No one has confidence in the company right now. Management is in the US and obviously pays little attention to the smaller Canadian business.
