A very "confused" organization- at least their Indian subsidiary is.

Open work culture, decent pay standards.

Cons

It has a very confused strategy & very confused culture. No coherence between the 3 points:- what the business objectives actually are, what the company says they are & what the company wants the employees to achieve. Additionally, it is a very conservative culture- very slow to react to any kind of marketplace changes, competition.
