- Was bought by investment company which resulted in firing a lot of good people. The rest just left so only very few good people left.
- Technology is outdated, still using old tools, technology and development methods.
- Engineers aren't too professional (the good ones left) and the company doesn't invest in their career and professionalism. The result is that nobody cares.
- Work is not challenging.
- You have a lot of free time during work. It might be a good thing when you have to take care of your personal business but most of the time it's just boring.
- Lots of politics resulting in many promotions for the wrong people. You have to suck up to advance.
- Salaries aren't high, not even average of what's going on today.
- There is no culture at all, no meetups, 1 company event per year (and a poor one!), no goodies like on other companies (sometimes we feel lucky to have coffee and tea).
