      All about micro management. All about numbers and reports. Focus should be on making a pleasant place to work and caring more about the customers instead of numbers.

      Pros

      The company culture is very empoyee-focused. It is laid back and pays well for the work. The company gives business analysts the opportunity to work on real, complex, issues that make a heavy impact on the core business.

      Cons

      Problem is just that you are working for a credit card company. You get a kick-back job and live a mediocre life. Also, the capital one brand/stigma not being appreciated in other sectors of financial services.

      Pros

      Capital One is very good at the things they are good at. Tremendous leadership.

      Cons

      They do struggle when they are involved in lines of business where they aren't familiar. They get great people in the decision making roles for those areas, but they struggle with integrating them into the larger strategy.
