      A good company brand to work for Opportunities available to work in multiple industries / markets Good CEO

      Cons

      Pay review inadequate (I didn't get a pay rise for 4 years) High attrition rate Daily allowances when working client side are low Minimal work - life balance Senior managers are unrealistic with timelines for delivery (Trying to deliver a 12 week project in 6 weeks in the hope of getting a sale) Internal work as well as client deliverables - if you did one and not the other you were always penalised for it

      Pros

      You have freedom to develop. As a consultant you get to travel to different places. Its an environment where there is genuine friendship and willingness to help

      Cons

      The travel can be excessive at times. Profit is considered over the development needs of the consultant. Quality of work is usually not considered, just how to improve the revenues irrespective of the impact on the employee

      Pros

      Management does not demand high utilization rate.

      Cons

      They lost to competition with other consulting firm. Not a lot of projects going on. They have a company policy where on an employee's first year, the performance can't exceed 'average' due to budget reason. They downgraded my performance rating from 'above average' to 'average'. It's very disappointing.
