      Nothing Much in pros apart from Allowances and cab.

      Cons

      No hikes or any benefits for support teams and heavy work load for low and medium level associates in support technologies

      No such view. Because the company policies and management deteriorating day by day.

      Cons

      Sales team is very poor. No new projects are coming up. Worst management taking worst decision, Leadership is totally failure and leaders are biased to few people. No promotion no salary hike. Evaluation is not proper as per performance. Being a senior person in Capgemini I will not refer any person to join here. Otherwise they will spoil their career very shortly.
