      Pros

      Friendly work environment. I have worked on most of the projects which are at client location. I do not see much of the Pros unless you are an experienced individual and switched to Capgemini , good salary one can say.

      Cons

      Once employee is deployed at Client location then there is no one to think about you. Client business matters a lot no matter how much the employee is suffering. Worst management. No proper project allocation.
