      Work culture is good In few accounts, girls are not allowed to work after 8 PM

      Cons

      In few accounts, management forces women to come at night shift If they reject, then it always lead to bad rating There is no appreciation on resource's hard work High level people are not ready to retain senior resources

      Recently Capgemini came to our college for recruiting. The HR threw a bottle at a student's face, tore the papers of another and even made remarks about a female students appearance. After the college authorities told him to stop this behaviour, he got angry and stopped taking further interviews. I think after these incidents none of us want to join this company at any cost as this has shown the kind of treatment that new recruits are given here. If this is the way they treat students during hiring process, only god knows how they treat their company members!
