      friendly environment you will stay on bench you are not fired easily you need to be friendly with your hr for recommendations

      Cons

      Never should you join the company. Especially as a fresher. There is a helluva process in everything. You don't get a chance to grow. You don't know who your HR/Handler is. Everything happens on its own. And you are just ordered. They say “People matter. Results count.” But I would say to the company “Really? People matter?”
