      No recognition, sometimes lack of respect, no training of current Technology trends and high % of rotation which leads to many departures either due to the above mentioned. Recommended for junior consultant willing to accept any kind of tasks or non valuable consulting jobs

      Earlier it was a very good company to work with. Good exposure to learn and groom oneself and was purely a company for IT Professional

      Now employees are not happy to work for Capgemini after taking over iGate because it was put extra pressure on the employees and no new projects are coming and people are asked to leave which Capgemini is putting a very bad name in the market
