      Pros

      I'm really glad I joined, having moved from a different industry. Cap have a really supportive atmosphere which feeds down from their way of working with clients. It's been refreshing being surrounded by people who are intelligent, capable, and motivated. There have been lots of events and investment in our learning through both informal and formal training for which I'm thankful.

      Cons

      At times, the way the company has been divided into different groups has been confusing - though there is no perfect way to do this.

      Very flexible. Good pay. Variable work. You're a consultant - you get changes and travel all the time - pro/con depending on what you're looking for Lots of social events

      Cons

      Would be good to see more high end digital work. You're a consultant - you get changes and travel all the time - pro/con depending on what you're looking for. Document /collateral sharing internally could be better.
