Boring work and regularly abandoned by senior leadership. The very bottom heavy structure means there is no support and you’re always very exposed. Very demotivated workforce

- Flat management structure, approachable seniors - Loads of variety and opportunity to move around - Easy to work from home - Great pay and benefits - Strong sustainability record - International opportunities - Lots of employee engagement to continually improve the employee experience

Cons

- You can tell it's a small company that's grown quickly - some disarray internally in terms of standardisation of learning & development, how different offers / propositions are coordinated is fragmented - Promotion cycles more based on story-telling than merit (although this is ubiquitous in management consultancy...) - Approach to People Management could be better (people managers vary quite drastically in quality)
