      Pros

      Everyone is by far lovely to work with. Super nice people, smart and capable people who are always willing to help.

      Cons

      The consulting model makes it difficult to progress. Consultant and Senior Consultant roles are the most profitable for the business and the easiest to place. Therefore progressing is dependent on how many other people are in those roles as well and if there's space for you to grow into them. A lot of public sector work which can be frustrating. Clients are slow at decision making and there's a disparity in skillset between Capgemini employees and clients on PS work.
