      High risk employer - some projects/teammates are excellent, others much less so

      Pros

      Most people are very nice and smart The good projects are v good/interesting (or at least have good hours - though you'll rarely get both at once)

      Cons

      Compensation isn't great, and there's almost no performance-related incentive until you get to Senior Consultant Ratings are very inconsistent; depends a lot on the manager (and in some cases, if they like you personally, regardless of work quality) The company hires people and promises data science work, but it's extremely limited, and lots of
