      Pros

      The work life balance is the best I’ve ever experienced. The Hybrid work scheme is good. The London office is very nice and the colleagues are all wonderful, friendly and well meaning

      Cons

      It seems like constantly hiring into senior positions but there’s never enough resources to justify internal promotions. Only a small fraction of colleagues get promoted at end of year and even fewer get promoted at mid year. We get annual raises but these don’t keep up with inflation.
