      Pros

      Good company culture with remote working Lots of smart people there to learn from I personally had interesting work but know this is sometimes not the case for others

      Cons

      Projects can be extremely long term with people working on the same project for years. A lot of people stuck on the same account and struggle to change which can make experience a bit dull Cutting back on employee based spending, I.e team get together a etc which make it feel more siloed New office does not have enough actual seating meaning people sit in eating areas…
