      -Good culture, people willing to coach and guide -Good people still around despite alot of good talent leaving the firm in recent years

      Cons

      -Lack of "similar" projects, results in consultants being stretched and thrown into every new topic with expectancy to deliver exceptionally -Tough to "learn a trade" within the firm and build deep expertise

      benefits good, private medical, ability to buy hols etc good people mostly qualifications / certifications well funded not a bad place to work

      Cons

      very little control over what you want to do recently huge prioritisation of profits over people, budgets being cut and making it difficult to build team regional offices neglected projects not that interesting a lot of politics and bad management, projects can be pure luck depending on who / what team is leading projects. like most big companies I suppose
