      Pros

      There is no shortage of work to do or staffing opportunities.

      Cons

      Capgemini Invent sent us an email asking us to write reviews. They did this just a week after telling us they are not approving any PTO rollovers. I am now losing 80 hours of PTO, as I continue to be staffed on three projects in parallel (well in excess of 40 hour weeks) with no bump to my utilization, and picking up the work after Cap poorly estimated or understaffed these projects. Screw you guys.

      Job was advertised as data science, but I was only staffed on projects where I was asked to use Excel and Powerpoint.

      Long time to get promoted, a management consultancy that sells data science skills and not a data science consultancy

      Soak up agencies, kill all creativity, then spit them out

      Pros

      They have snacks/drinks. Some cool people. Parking in the city.

      Cons

      Corporate machine makes being creative/innovative something of an impossibility. Months to approve anything. Offices are like a library full of drones. Upper management a bunch of power-hungry children with old thinking that'll destroy the company in the next decade or so.
