There is a great culture, they provide reasonable rewards and there some exciting opportunities for the work we do. Great diversity of workforce

Cons

Still quite divided as a organisation, which makes things needlessly complex at times. Whilst rewards are reasonable, slavish adherence to old school performance management process risks talent drain

If you are a fresher pls do not join this company as they will put you on bench for more than a year , give you all sorts of training but will not put you in project... Quiet depressing
