      - Favourable benefits (mat/pat/compassionate leave) - Buy/sell holiday - Dental, health care, Travel insurance etc -Flexible (remote) working - Work abroad (if client allows) -Great work-life balance

      Cons

      - Only 25 days leave and 3 of these days must be taken between Christmas and new year - Very tight promotion cycles - No negotiation of salary on promotion (bottom of the band, regardless of effort and EOY scoring)

      Pros

      Avoid working at this consultancy! I have no idea how they can be considered to be a competitor to the real consultancies.

      Cons

      They don't care about putting you on a project in-line with your chosen career path. They purely care about chargability. I've never encountered such a poor consultancy to work for.
