Equipment (laptop, mobile phone) is new and modern Some good clients Some offices are new and/or recently renovated Good back office
Cons
No holiday payment, picky policies to travel costs, travel expenses take ages to be paid after christmas, on junior level the colleagues are good and motivated, on senior levels there is lots of workplace politics and performance counts less than "face" - poisons the working atmosphere, difficult to negoatiate salary raises, many junior colleagues looking to change company
