      Pros

      Good working conditions. Many good people and good Atmosphäre. Learning by doing directly on the project and by the client.

      Cons

      No Mentoring or a team behind you. Internal bootcamp(Germany specific) was to my time only on prove your skills and not to train you. Many difficulties in the communication with senior management.

      Pros

      Employees are not typical consultants. Very friendly, talented, fun and social people.The projects I worked for where always very interesting in Top Dax companies. I learned a LOT during my first years as a consultant.

      Cons

      Long working hours and always being far away from home makes it impossible for me to continue this job while having a family. But this is typical for consultancy and not Capgemini's fault.
