      Pros

      Great consulting company with (strong!) French culture, social responsibility und future-oriented topics. With the reorganization from CC to CI, the integrations of innovation and design agencies, strengthening of data science and the recent acquisition of Altran, the company shows that they are not only into simple PowerPoint Consulting anymore. The newly launched NSOs prove that as well. I appreciate the equation: Invent = Strategy + Technology + Data Science + Creative Design Funfact: In Germany, they even made it in a WLB-Ranking as a Consulting Company (only one, obviously)...

      Pros

      For a consultancy, Capgemini Invent stands out in how the people actually and visibly live the company values. At every event and with every team, no matter how diverse they are capability or nationality-wise, there‘s always something that connects the people. This truly is an exceptional culture. The upsides of working for such a global player are combined with being flexible and agile in what we do - impressive freedom to develop as a person both individually and professionally.

      Cons

      As long as you know what you‘re getting yourself in to (no 9-5 job, but still fewer hours than with the big strategy consultancies) the only con is salary: Especially in lower and middle grades it’s rarely competitive and a „question taboue“.

      - heavy top-down, micro-management - non-inspiring leadership - 2nd tier, unworthiness complexes because we didn't get into BCG - low salary
