- Internal working groups: The internal working groups allow employees to band together and test out/learn new technologies, which are all funded by the company - High degree of autonomy: You have the autonomy to do the above and manage your own work ours. They respect people's independence.

Cons

- Graduate scheme is quite cliquy and they can try to compete in a toxic way. People that have been in the company for 2-3 years are not like this. - No health insurance for grads
