      Pros

      Great culture with a flat hierarchy so very easy to speak to Directors and Vice Presidents

      Cons

      Slightly lower salary compared to competitors such as Accenture and Deloitte. However the pay difference is only about 5k so when you consider tax it’s not that much less. Also Capgemini Invent has good work life balance whereas competitors have a very unhealthy culture. So when you take into account hours worked, the slightly higher salary isn’t worth it.
