Very few. There are some super talented people at the more junior levels, but most of them will likely leave quite soon.
Cons
Truly toxic place to work - everyone prioritizes self-advancement over their teammates and project delivery. Leadership is a disorganized mess, and instead of pulling things together, they swap out the existing leaders for increasingly insecure new leaders every 6 months. You will absolutely get staffed on some PMO project (whether that's your area of interest or not) and forced to stay on it for 2+ years. I've literally watched them promote people that clients and internal teams have actively complained about while passing over some of their most talented and high-performing employees. Many people have gone 2+ years without a raise, and the raises that have been given are typically <5%. Salaries are way below market, and bonuses are pittance. I've also seen higher-ups purposeful billing clients at 100% rates for partially-staffed employees. The dishonestly and manipulation is wild.
