      Pros

      Colleagues for the most part are very welcoming. Lots of attempts to have inclusive activities. Diverse leadership. Generally a good range of projects

      Cons

      Can sometimes feel like a square peg in round hole. Obviously in consulting you may end up in projects that aren't best suited to you. High requirement on doing internal work over the day job.
