      Re-location charges are stopped due to COVID, I hope it can be resumed again.

      A lot of different kinds of projects. Flexible schedules.

      Cons

      Managers get to pick which consultants they want for projects. I noticed most managers had their favorites that would continue to pick while others were on the bench for months. Then during performance reviews, managers will criticize you for your utilization rate making it seem like something you are doing wrong when you continuously reach out for work.
