Very good Salary, flexible working (depending on project), friendly and lovely people

Cons

Finding projects is a chore (based on relationships, rather than skills), heavy focus on internal work despite being on projects, very high expectations in terms of performance and horizantal role opportunities are not clearly explained or talked about
