      Professional and fun company in the Netherlands that should be called Capgemini Reinvent

      Pros

      - Entrepreneurial spirit with proactiveness being rewarded - Open, ambitious and intelligent people from graduates to VP's - Fridays, when the office is full and you can catch up with the team - Lot of people in charge are working at Invent for decade(s), leading to stability (which is rare in consulting) - Mobility possibilities to work abroad (not easy to arrange, but it is possible)

      Cons

      - Not very structured, standardised and organised in terms of methodologies (lack of documentation in one place for example). Way of doing things is dependent on individuals experience and keeps changing. - Limited integration into wider Capgemini and global communities leads to reinventing the wheel many times and missing opportunities for bigger deals cross-country or cross-business unit.
