      - Great work location - Welcoming and pleasant colleagues & work culture

      Cons

      - Most of projects are sold with Capgemini which does the actual implementation. Unfortunately so far my experience with working with them was not satisfied as they deliver poor quality of system implementation which has a huge impact on project delivery and client retention
