Pros

It is a place with lots of opportunities, they are always doing new and exciting things that you can get involved in.

Cons

As soon as you join look to join a client and do not be picky, I know a few people who got let go because they were not on a client.

Pros

Salary (Peanuts) on Time: While salaries are paid on time, they are significantly low, especially given the workload and industry standards. Additionally, employees rarely receive appraisals, further highlighting the lack of recognition for their efforts. Office Premises: The office environment is well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing, but it doesn’t compensate for the other issues faced by employees.

Cons

Work Environment at Capgemini Invent - Microsoft: Toxic Work Culture: The work environment feels extremely toxic, making it difficult to collaborate or succeed in any team. Poor Treatment of Experienced Employees: Senior or experienced employees are often treated poorly, with little regard for their expertise or contributions. Lack of Leadership Vision: There is no clear vision from leadership, and direction seems unclear or non-existent, making it hard to understand the company’s goals and priorities. Underpayment Compared to Market Standards: Salaries are significantly lower compared to similar roles in the market, especially when considering years of experience. Neglect of Employee Growth: There is a lack of focus on personal and professional growth. Senior leadership seems more interested in saving costs than in fostering employee development. Internal Politics and Manipulation: Internal politics are rampant, with people using unfair methods to suppress others and advance their own interests. False Front of Support: Senior leaders may act cordial and supportive in front of employees, but behind closed doors, they engage in actions such as delaying promotions or offering minimal appraisals, showing little regard for genuine employee contributions. Lack of Respect for Senior Employees: Senior employees, despite their experience, are given minimal respect, contributing to an overall sense of demotivation. Partiality and Corporate Bullying: There is a noticeable bias in how employees are treated, with favoritism and corporate bullying being used to push certain individuals aside. Influence of Misleading Individuals: Senior leadership is surrounded by individuals who engage in misleading practices, often seeking to please higher-ups at the expense of others. Last but not the least, the HR team is NOT REACHABLE at all. You have no one literally in this so called A rating company to help you address your concerns.
