1. Good culture around learning, growing and being the best you can be 2. Work on some cool and interesting projects

Cons

1. Difficult to get rewarded or seen for your efforts as the company is very big and everything is very collaborative 2. Promotion process only occurs twice a year with mid year being by exception

Cons

Not all teams are equal FS practice in particular does not have the best projects or progression, public sector and otherwise are really good.
