      Pros

      The attire is relaxed and the compnay likes to reward the employees when goals are met each month. There are many different projects to work on and plenty of opportunities to grow local and overseas.

      Cons

      Sometimes working as a consultant makes you feel like you are working for 2 companies which can be stressful at times because you have to answer to many higher authorities.
