      Pros

      Upper management at Capgemini were very willing to work with their employees in order to keep moral up.

      Cons

      Management needs to define their specific groups and process prior to bring an employee on board. Need better trainers to teach the chosen application. Suggest hiring the application companies trainers/consultants.

      - Interesting work - Long hours on assignment but generally better than other consultancies - Leading with technology e.g. cutting edge of Digital transformation

      Cons

      - Time on out of town projects can be very lengthy - Alot of bureaucracy especially when it comes to being assigned projects

      Pros

      Most of the community remains down to earth and disconnects with unfunded dreams of grandeur of the new leadership.

      Cons

      We can't be like a Unysis or a PWC , but we have a long way to go to become a contender to BCG. We profoundly lack a vision and cannot rely on relationships. That's a thing of the past! The biggest risk is to see small MBO or defectors to other company, like it is happening in Cap NL where a bunch of very smart guys are defecting to Deloitte, in group!
