Pros
Flexible timing (now a days not there i guess). Professional work culture.
Cons
Less number of projects in BI skill set (in capgemini consulting not in financial). Less onsite in BI skills, but for SAP its good. 3 months notice even if u r in bench also. Difficult internal business unit transfer e.g. If u r a part of LBS(Local business unit) once project over they wont keep in bench though for same skill set other business uni, like BIM might be recruiting from out side they wont transfef internally.
