      Good environment. Good culture. It was my first company so always special for me. It gave me all whatever I wanted.

      Cons

      less salary. Less attention to employees. I am telling this because I have seen how my other colleagues were treated.

      Pros

      Small consulting company where you can get to know everyone Willing to pay competitively in a effort to attract top talent but apparently all the top recruits go to Deloitte and Bain.

      Cons

      Leadership is leaving at a rapid rate. VPs and principals are funneling out of there at warp speed. No consistent company direction. Antiquated systems for a supposed technology/IT company. Projects are scarce and resources are sitting on the bench for months at a time waiting to get staffed. Constant fear of layoff for employees on the bench. Wants to be an elite consulting firm but projects are mediocre at best.
