      Fun filled but stressed out work atmosphere.

      Pros

      Short and fun training sessions. Helpful senior staff. Emphasis on self learning. Closely scheduled deadlines help you cope up with everything in a fast paced environment at a very early level.

      Cons

      Too much taught or too much on the plate in the incipient stages. The transition from college to corporate culture is well understood though and is undergone smoothly. But the work load is immense at once.

      Pros

      Foreign MNC, Lots of projects, Onsite, Fair in practise, Good culture, Encouraging management.

      Cons

      LBS or joining Indian Bussiness service LOB should be avoided as it is more of body shopping. In my case the manager and employee connect when I was at onsite was very less; hence didnt get right guidance, inputs at right time. Appraisal is not the time to complain I didnt do something for which I was not advised, guided or warned of earlier...
