      Better work/life balance than some of the other firms Interesting and challenging projects

      Cons

      Lack of investments in both learning/development of staff and equipment (especially IT) Poor set-up with limited exchange/traveling opportunities and coordination between markets and between strategy and IT department Relatively low salaries as compared to elsewhere

      Lot of interesting work on excel, good first experience to get more confortable with financial data

      All day long in front of the computer without a lot or relation but it's more about the internship subject than the company.
