      1. Good onsite opprtunities 2. Expanded in all domains so huge expansion in career

      Cons

      1. Infrasructure issues and will see so many people on bench for longer duration 2. Never go beyond the static plan so if you have high salary which is above the CG band still they will offer the same or ask tp join on less salary

      Pros

      Smart, good people. Great client experience Lots of technical opportunity Ability to train yourself huge variety of opportunity No upper limit on working - 80-100 hours a week if you wish It is a great place to have in your past, and a pretty good place to be right now, if you love to learn and work very hard

      Cons

      can get thrown in to work for which you are unprepared sometimes very hard to find the "lifelines" - the colleagues who have info which can help you it is a whole lot easier to work yourself out of a happy and healthy family situation than it is to keep that mythical "work-life balance"
