      You have freedom to develop. As a consultant you get to travel to different places. Its an environment where there is genuine friendship and willingness to help

      The travel can be excessive at times. Profit is considered over the development needs of the consultant. Quality of work is usually not considered, just how to improve the revenues irrespective of the impact on the employee
