      Company, try hard to maintain unity and try that every employee can feel part of this big company.

      Cons

      Salaries & Benefits are not very attractive, there are low opportunities to grow if you are at a senior lever, Guatemala center is formed by most young people that's why seniors cant expect opportunities to grow

      If you are lazy and don't want to learn anything in your life. This is the best company company and team for you. You need to be good to your n+1 and your life is very relax here

      Cons

      They don't have any real time analytics project. Preparing Dashboard on Excel is a predictive modeling project in this team. They don't have any specific area where they want to concentrate and because of this you also don't have any specific learning path about any particular industry. Working on a simple logistics model is a big time predictive modeling project in Capgemini Consulting. There is no role of HR in this organization. If you are not good with your N + 1 your career is finish in this team. So much partiality and politics in the team. The biggest problem is that those who are leading this team don't know anything about predictive modeling and neither have any specific industry experience. They just discussed only cross/upsell with you.
