      Job Insecurity in recent times due to acquisition of Igate based on which downsizing & pyramid restructuring happening from Q3 of 2015 Annual Increment Hike not up to the mark compared to other MNC's.

      Cons are driven by the lack of hub city leadership, not necessarily by new NA CEO leadership - Performance improvement process contrived, last minute, and not constructive to consultants - Gap between promoted and advertised company culture and hub office culture. - Promotion and criteria vague and ad-hoc
