      Decent place, but some VPs and Principals will do anything for money

      Pros

      Great variety of projects. You have the chance to define your career. Workload is quite light for consulting

      Cons

      Principals and VPs will sell anything and staff anybody on any projects regardless of whether it is something the company can deliver- makes a perverse culture. Compensation is also quite compared to competition but I don't think the workload is similar

      A good company brand to work for Opportunities available to work in multiple industries / markets Good CEO

      Cons

      Pay review inadequate (I didn't get a pay rise for 4 years) High attrition rate Daily allowances when working client side are low Minimal work - life balance Senior managers are unrealistic with timelines for delivery (Trying to deliver a 12 week project in 6 weeks in the hope of getting a sale) Internal work as well as client deliverables - if you did one and not the other you were always penalised for it
