      Juniors (associate consultants and consultants) don't get a lot of responsibilities, often focus on PMO roles Few blue-chip major client accounts Shift towards more technology transformation consulting, less strategy consulting No personalised rewards (bonus, accelerated promotion) for fast-track employees

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done

      - Very low compensation as compared to Big 4 - Poor HR policy - 3 days wfo (even if you work in North America or Australia geography) when other consulting firms are more flexible - Organization confused if they want to focus on IT or business consulting
